| Artist Statement |
In each of our daily lives, we all experience a constant flow of thoughts, emotions, and impressions.
To represent these sensations, I mix combinations of personal and universal symbols,
using color and shape and line and texture in ways that express collective consciousness combined
with my individual consciousness at particular moments in time.
Meanings are created that are unique to each painting and to each viewer, meanings that develope
over time and become deeper and richer with each viewing. |
